Reverse Margin (TM) custom abutment

The idea is to modify custom abutments with the reverse margins design overlapping the crown in attempt to reduce cement residues. It is thought that excess cement extrudes upwards and does not leak below the cementation line into peri-implant tissues while seating the crown on such hybrid abutment due to the reverse margins.
